The Bet menu Our betting system is basically divided into two sections. On the left hand side, you will always see what current available betting is on offer, the betting calender, as well as the long-running bets. In the 'Betting Calender' you will see the respective day for previous, current or future races. In the 'Race History' section you have the ability to review past races and their results via the calender. You will find today's selections under the section 'Offers for'. These can change again and again throughout the day, therefore it is best to regularly click on the 'refresh' button from the Edit menu in order to keep "up to date". The race tracks are sorted by country. You will see that there are many bets listed under 'Long term bets' which will not occur for quite a while or they will be available for betting on over a longer timeframe.

Select a racetrack Click on a date or an actual race track of your choice from the betting menu on the left hand side. If you click on a date, you will receive an overview of all races which are scheduled for that particular day. From here, you can then select a racetrack from the respective country. When you click on a track for a particular day, you will be forwarded to the complete racing card for that track on that day.

Select a race Once you have selected on a racetrack, you will receive a listing for all races at that track for that day. You will now see the race numbers, the starting times, the race title and if already ran, the end result. From here, you can also see an overview of all results from the respective races. There are little symbols which will show whether the race is still open, already started, ready to run, completed or cancelled.

The details of a race Once you have selected a race at a racetrack, you might like to see a detailed overview of the respective races. Here, you will see the starting numbers, the entries, the TOTO price and the fixed price. If you click on a horse's name, you will see further information on that particular horse. As this overview, along with the starting field is subject to change, this page is automatically refreshed every 45 seconds. Once you have enough information about the entries, you can go directly from here to a betting slip, a betting slip for roll-on bets (doubles, trebles etc) and multi-bet betting slips.

The betting slip   [ Windows XP issue ] After selecting the race and the details, you need to click on 'Betting Slip' in order to open the relevant betting slip for a race. This is programmed in Java. Please therefore ensure that your Browser can read Java Applets and that these can be automatically started by your browser. This is the only way to ensure that the Java Applets will work correctly. The loading of the betting slip can possibly take up to 5 minutes for slower connections. You will then be asked to enter your Customer number and PIN (provided to you at registration time) in order to logon. Once successfully verified, you will be able to place your bet.
